Another great idea is to change your workouts to 'interval training'. Interval training is where you will start off at the same pace, and then for a certain interval you will raise the intensity, and then drop it back down and repeat. This is very effective for fat loss. 2. Use structured workouts Another thing that can be detrimental to people's progress is 'guessing' what to do rather than following a program from someone who knows. This occurs frequently in weight rooms. Many people think they know what to do and just go along with it, whereas most of the time they are actually doing themselves more harm than good. If you go to your local gym you will find trainers willing to give you advice. You can even find a tonne of experienced people in the field of fat loss online! 3.
